Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders are processed for delivery on working days via Singpost (Monday to Friday) by 6pm, not including public holidays. Order on weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday to Friday). Usually it will take 4-5 working days, for any delays will be depends on the delivery services.

Q: How will my order be packaged?

A: Your order will be delivered safely covered with bubble wrap.

A: Of course, we take pride in selling 100% AUTHENTIC items and products.

Q: Is it safe to order online?

A: Our goal is to satisfy every single customer and we will guarantee to dispatch your order as soon as possible after we have received your payment.

Q: Can I reserve stocks or items when I add the cart?

A: No, our add-cart features didn't reserve the the item(s) that has not been checked out.

Q: How can i amend my order is successful?

A: in this case, you need to contact us immediately a.k.a. very fast at team@beautylashsg.com and quote your ORDER ID. Please note that once an order has been shipped they cannot be cancelled or amended.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

A: We do not accept any returns or exchange unless the product received is broken or wrong order.

If item(s) received is broken, please kindly contact us in 1x24 hours after the delivered date of item(s) with your Order ID and picture of the broken item(s) and we will be more than happy to send you a new one with free shipping. The broken item(s) must be returned to us for our review.

Complaints made after 1x24 hours since the delivered date will be regarded invalid. No refund is allowed.
